Currently cannot use my right arm due to haven given blood. I've never given blood before, and while i do like helping people not die, i also like to retain use of all my limbs X___x

Angel Fish - The Pillows

Having listened to some of their earlier albums, their musical styling has changed dramatically. Not to say that's a bad thing, in either case Smiley

Depression has seen to it to visit me for the past few weeks, often in quick, spurting moments, sometimes in long drudging sessions. Much like this one.

I saw Horrible Bosses the other week, and that was fantastic.  It rivaled the Hangover in my mind.  Also, Rubber was the most ingenously rediculous movie I've seen in a long time.  If you haven't seen it, it's on the Netflix instant watch under foreign or comedy.  (and no, it's not about condoms.  its about a car tire)

I've been meaning to get around to watching Rubber since I first saw a trailer for it about a year ago. Also under the same vein of gritty ridiculous movies, I recently had a chance to see the masterfully disastrous 'Hobo with a Shotgun.' This movie is the epitome of grindhouse cinema, meaning it's terrible, but for all the right reasons.

I'm Lonely, but I'm not That Lonely -- The White Stripes

Where should we go next?

The best film I saw recently was The Talented Mr Ripley. I'm struggling to think of a way to recommend it. It is probably the saddest film I have seen in my lifetime. I wouldn't miss it for anything.

That's because you have yet to see 9or even read, for that matter) The Road.Seriously, dude, when are you going to get around to that?

Got mugged YET AGAIN. Mind you, the same thing happened around the same time last year (bot happened in the summer, both happened around the time I had to attend a funeral) Coincidence? Like I fucking care

That may be my favorite meme this year. Thank you for that.

The end of Resident Evil Afterlife. I was BEYOND mad.   Ticked Off

I think the most disappointing thing about that film is that I watched it intentionally.

I Saw the Devil: Well that's... grrreat... I think... (there's just so much... stuff that happens in this film that it;s just kind of numbing by the end of it all)

A single figure could be heard screeching as it fell from the sky, holding what appeared to be a cooler filled with some kind of liquid. The figure plunged headlong into duama, holding out the cooler so as to cover him in the liquids when he fell. There was a thudding noise, and a shuddering throughout the house as the figure crashed into duama.

Hey bro! Happy birthday and such! as for what's in that cooler, why don't you have a taste yourself and find out?  Wink
