The Dojo / The Graveyard / Re: The Battle for Neo Round 1: Drifters

The chains around Jak's legs dispersed as he dropped to his knees. Edward's blast erased a small portion of Jak's head. He brought the shields foward, clamping Edward's legs together. "Smile" Jak said, opening his mouth wide. Jak's throat glowed as a statuesk human fist launched from his mouth and smashed into Edward's. Jak let his clamp on Edward go and spat the arm from his mouth. As Edward fell backward, Jak swung with the flat side of one of his shields; knocking his opponent to the foot of a still standing building. Staggered from the head wound, Jak tossed his other shield into the wall above Edward and brought down part of the wall on his opponent. Jak fell onto his buttox, holding his head and praying for the fighter to stay down.

Jak dove backward, making enough time to form half a shield and deflect most of Edward's beam. Now spinning through the air, Jak tossed a spore of metal bolts at the curveballs to detonated them. He slid on his shoulder against the pavement and quickly regained his footing. "Lesson two: adapt and try again" Jak said, creating two glowing shields the size of car doors for each arm, and two chain circles on his legs. He ran and jumped foward, crashing the shields into the ground were Edward stood. Edward would've avoided the attack easily, and so Jak followed by swinging his feet foward. The chains on his legs extended foward, crashing into the ground behind the initial attack. (crap i forgot this... basic shape for the shields)

(so much for saving the best for last (jp, jp ). ill get things started) Jak stood in the street of an abandoned city, staring down his unknown opponent from just twenty yards away. The blue haired fighter looked familiar, but this was not the time for names. Jak slowly brought his right hand to his shoulder, breathing steadily. A pale green light bursted from Jak's hand as he swung it downward, and as he swung a glowing metal chain extended from the light. The chain stretched until it crashed into the wall of a building to Edward's left. The blast of rubble and dust consumed Edward, and Jak ran foward abandoning the chain. He created a pair of knives in his hands, launched them into the cloud, and jumped in after them swinging a newly made sword like a madman.

Ok, this is almost as bad as when the christians thought the world was going to end on june 6, 2006. My argument's prity short, and prity simple. Running off of what duama said... oh no! my calendar ends on december 31st 2010! the world is gonna end...oh wait i'll just GET ANOTHER CALENDAR! If i remember correctly, the mayan culture was eradicated by the spanish, leaving some pyramids, a few broken illegable tablets, and, oh, look at this, not enough time to make another calendar! and didnt the article say they had other rocks that predicted stuff in 4770?

i think we're forgetting all the thread transfer stuff too. y'all won't believe how long it took me to just get through the copying part of chronos, and i only did like 4 pages on the forum. too bad that stuff got moved, erased, or whatever actualy happened.
but anyway, Kadri brought us all back together, and i dont think we'll ever stop thanking her for that
