Alanya smiled weakly and walked behind Shine slowly, then quickly ran back into the house to wake Ranaan, unsure whether or not she'd been with them the entire time. Her mind was cloudy with fear and foreboding. But also with an emotion that hurt far worst. Love. Shine and Duama were in love, and it was more evident now than before, but why? Alanya presumed that she missed something while in her stupor, but didn't have the galls to ask. She was accepted by her new... friends. That was all she needed to know.
Alanya reached the couch to find Ranaan still in a light sleep. She touched the girl's shoulder and whispered her name. When her eyes openned, she smiled. "We're leaving. Do you need a few minutes?"

"Too much. I saw too much....." she didn't look at Shine directly, afraid of what expression might be on her own face. "This town-" she twitched "What used to be a town....I see things that noone else can see. I sense things that no longer exist, see memories of people long past. I saw what happened before the 'event'. But someone... or something survived. I think that we're in great danger, Shine. I have this terrible feeling of foreboding. Something is coming after us..." she then turned towards Shine, her face an ashy color. "I could sense it's presence earlier today. I let my guard down before going to bed, and I saw so many terrible things...." Alanya shook her head as if to shake off the vision. "We can't stay long. I could go back to sleep and find out more..... but i just can't bring myself to do it. I lose control when i have a vision. I could hurt someone." She averted her gaze then to hide the many emotions that crossed her face.

Alanya broke from her trance with a violent shudder, tears again streaming down her face. She wiped her eyes with the blanket that had laid over her and looked around disoriented. When coherent thoughts came back to her, she sighed, stood up and wrapped the blanked around her tightly.
Why does this happen now?! she though to herself sadly, "Why have my barriers dropped so fast? I should have total control right now. None of this should be happening!" She looked out a nearby window and shook her head, trying to keep her balance, though she was still shaking violently. The visions she'd seen were terrible, and it was very likely that she would lose control again soon. "I should probably be on my way. I don't think the three should have to put up with my episodes. If this happens again..." she closed her eyes and leaned against the wall, remembering last time she'd lost control. Before she'd learned how to barricade her mind, before she lost her best friend and other half....She couldn't put her new companions in any unneeded danger. She would leave within the next few days.

Demi smiled and nodded, excitement evident on her face. She loved the adrenaline of the heist, of sneaking around and not getting caught, even of the chase when she was discovered. There was nothing like the sound of shouting, of huffing and puffing behind her, and of the sounds of bullets whizzing past her head, never once had one touched her. Never would one ever. Not with her special 'powers'.
"Lets go. For old time's sake... but lets go somewhere new. Do something different." Her eyes were dancing with fire, and she was unable to keep from giggling.

hahahaha i do love this theory, it brings me alot of joy to see people freaking out over things that we might or might not know. Things that are to come. Well heck! Tomorrow i might have no money in the bank, and could get robbed by the crazy homeless man down the street! That in my opinion is a lot more important at the moment.
((Although i must say, i loved the movie. :D ))

Alanya was oblivious to the sound of Duama's voice, as her vision was overtaking her mind. She pulled into the fetal position and cried out in pain, a pitiful sound escaping her throat as she moaned in terror.
Her guard was down, for while she sleeped she was unable to hold on to the many blocks she had protecting her mind from the onslaught of stories, emotions, lives that were still very alive within the earth around her. The past days had left her so exhausted that Alanya was vulnerable, a prisoner in her own mind, for the time being. She would relive past years of torture and anguish, of love and honor, of pain and grief, of laughter and joy in a very short amount of time. She would see through the eyes of strangers she'd never met and die the deaths of people who's souls wereyet to rest, caught between the light and dark gates unseen to the living's eyes.
Alanya's greatest power is also her worst curse, tormenting her in short but traumatizing bursts.
