Watchmen wasn't so much a surprise as it was kinda dissapointment. But in the end, you really just learn to cope because things really did work out. To quote Paulo Coelho: "Everyone believes the worlds greatest lie."

anyway, to get back on topic:

Bridge to Terabithia:......They....die.....(?)

Sympathy for Mr. Vengeance: Revenge really does come full circle (this is probably one of the more prolific examples of such a scenario that you'll see. I highly recommend it, very thought provoking.)

Night of the Living Dead (original): Oh C'mon!! He was in the clear!! (cant give the black man a break >_<)

Bridge to Terabithia:......They....die.....(?)

=/ I read the book several years before they ever turned it into a movie. The ending just totally killed the entire story for me. I've refused to watch the movie on principle ever since...

Okay.

Gran Torino ~ I actually loved this movie. But they killed off Clint Eastwood's character at the end. Awesome way to go (and I get why it went down like that), but DAMN! They killed Clint Eastwood. -sad-

(I felt the same way when they killed off Tommy Lee Jones in Space Cowboys. God. You should never have to kill off Tommy Lee Jones. Ever. I got to that point in the movie and was like, "Damn, that totally ruined it for me. I will never enjoy this movie again." LOL)

In light of his latest 'Inception' I thought I'd take this time to point out one of his other fine films:

Memento: The whole friggen film was in reverse order.... wow.

also:

Snatch: Everyone gets what they deserve in the end. Crazy, but masterfully put together.

Shutter Island: WHATS REAL ANYMORE?!?!?! AAAAAAHHHHH!!! -head asplode-

FFX: so....he wasn't even a real person...on top of having been forced to kill his own padre...-head asplode-

Where the Wild Things Are: It made me friggen tear! >__<

Demon you're wrong! In FFX Tidus was a real person! He was just sent to another time and sacrificed himself to save everyone! Including his love, Yuna. Sheesh. Not real. Yea right! And yea he didn't wanna believe that his papa was Sin but his pops asked him to end it for him to save him from the torment he endured. So HA!

But for real, Inception WAS crazy. I totally know it was real so I'm content with what I believe.

I think the most disappointing thing about that film is that I watched it intentionally.

I Saw the Devil: Well that's... grrreat... I think... (there's just so much... stuff that happens in this film that it;s just kind of numbing by the end of it all)
