Tomorrow I'm going out and buying a decent PC from someone who doesn't seem to realize that he's sitting on roughly a $1500 pc if he would just install a new ($100) graphics card. Which I'm going to do. Oh, the kicker? I'm giving him $150 for the PC. It's a custom Alienware. >.>

Good news today: We're off to buy the paint (a color that I picked out ^^) for our back hallway. I think it's going to be a major improvement over the ugly brownish ocher color with the faux texturing (it feels like sandpaper) we have now.

1. We're nearly finished painting in the back hallway... All that's left is to touch up the trim and put a second coat of white on all the doors. It looks lovely now.

2. I've been drawing lately. I have 4-5 different sketches going right now, all in different stages of completion. I might post some of them when I'm finished.

3. We'll be going to visit my grandma in about a week and a half. I'm looking forward to drinking tea and playing Scrabble every afternoon for a couple of days. ^^

Soooo... I one of my best guy friends is getting married this winter, and his fiance just asked me if I could help her put together custom wedding invitations. And they'll pay me for my work. X3

Going to have a much-needed vacation... Nothing fancy, just a very low-key visit with my grandma and some of my cousins, but it will still be nice to go out of town and have some chill time.

EDIT: Got my class schedule for the fall sorted out. One less thing to worry about later. Yay~

I had a nice, relaxing weekend... Hung out with one of my friends (and she's informed me that we are both going to dress up as faeries for the Renaissance festival this year - news to me, but it could be interesting I suppose XD)... did a little bead shopping for some jewelry I want to make... worked on some sketches... It's been good.

I went to a skating rink with my brother and one of my cousins today. I enjoyed it despite my doubts about doing so. I got hit on by some fifteen year old girl dressed like Sakura... That was strange.
