Japanese bands and Japanese Indie bands

I've been pretty much listening to a lot of Japanese indie rock for the past few months and I have to say I love what I hear. I figure if these bands are this good I should spread the knowledge or at least post the link to where I find out about most of these bands

Anyway that is the link to the greatness which is Japanese indie rock as well as some of your mainstream J-Rock bands. It's not a torrent site it just gives you info about these bands such as new albums and what not.

sorry for the double post but yeah finding this blog has made my day. It's the lead singer of Asian Kung-Fu Generation blog, here he talks about other music that he likes live show that he has frequent as well as other tasty tid-bits. If you don't read Japanese might I suggest igoogle's dictionary. It does a pretty good job of getting the translations as close to possible and a firefox app called rikai-chan

If you didn't know before, I have quite the adoration for the JRock band Acidman because, well... They're Acidman.

Also, Base Ball Bear is another great band I've been listening to.
